I have Half life 2 and Gmod. There is very little NPCavailablein sandbox mode to spawn without downloading any. I know you can download NPC's and I do. I downloaded alot. So if I buy Orange Box would I get more models, and NPC's like the hunter, Zombine etc in Garry's mod from Episode 1 and 2?

Question says it all. What Source games should I get to enjoy Garry's mod? As far as I can tell, I can just pick up CS:S and be good to go, but have seen HL2 (and episodes 1 and 2) highly recommended as well.

So, IDK if I should buy the CS Complete Bundle, the Orange Box, both of those two bundles, or just CS:S.

As for actually playing those games outside of G Mod, I've played CS before and used to enjoy it, so part of me feels like the CS Complete Bundle would be worth it. I've never touched HL or HL2 before.
