I'm using itextsharp to create a barcode image on the fly which I don't want to save to the server, just put it in the memory stream and show it in a pdf.

This code is perfect for what i need, with one exception. How do I put the image into the pdf, and not just in the browser as httpresponse? I know how to create a pdf in the memory stream, open it, add content, etc, but when I try to do something like below it doesn't work (obviously I comment out the bc.Save line above before running the code otherwise it just outputs to the browser of course.)

It gives the error.. 'The image <path> cannot be displayed because it contains errors.'

Not sure where I'm going wrong here?
