Waste oil is an important part of the renewable energy, the main component is triglyceride that can be used to generate light olefins by steam cracking. The steam cracking feedstock is naphtha mixed with different proportions of waste oil, mainly in order to study the effect of different mixing ratio on the yield of ethylene, propylene and butadiene. In the case of the mixing ratio of naphtha and waste oil is 1:1, the optimum operating conditions are obtained: the steam cracking temperature is 775°C, the water- oil ratio is 0.65, the residence time is 0.4s.

Abstract: Asphalt ageing induced by heat, oxidation and ultraviolet (UV) radiation was investigated using various laboratory simulation ageing methods and outdoor ageing. One normal 70 penetration asphalt and its styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified asphalt were employed to assess the changes in chemical and rheological properties by infrared spectroscopy and dynamic shear rheometer under various ageing conditions, thus the relationship among rolling thin-film oven(RTFO), pressurized ageing vessel (PAV) and UV radiation ageing was distinguished. Experimental results showed that photodegradation caused by outdoor exposure UV ageing of 50~200µm thin films for a month, was found to be the most severe, following by PAV and then RTFO with respects to rehological and chemical changes. Photodegradation effect decreased as the thickness of asphalt film increases. Dynamic shear tests indicated that polymer networks were gradually destroyed during ageing, but the aged SBS modified asphalts still displayed better rheological properties than the corresponding base asphalt. The weight percent of oxygen as carbonyl increased and of SBS as butadiene decreased after ageing based on infrared spectrums. However, chemical and rheological changes were not generally consistent, and ageing susceptibility may be ranked differently when different evaluation methods were used.

Abstract: Table tennis bat rubber was prepared by using natural rubber (NR) and butadiene rubber (BR). The effects of the blending ratio of NR and BR, contents of accelerator and sulfur on the performance of rubber racket were studied. The results showed that when under conditions of 160°C, 10min and 15MPa in the curing press, total amount of material is 100 phr .Including the NR/BR ratio was 0.65/0.35 (wt), the content was 90 phr the accelerator of DM/D ratio was 0.382/0.618, the content was 2.5 phr and the content of sulfur was 2.5 phr, the compound had a high vulcanization rate, an excellent physical and mechanical properties and aging performance.

Abstract: In this paper ABS parts plus acrylonitrile monomer were prepared using melt blending method by twin-screw extruder, and the influence of soaking temperature, concentration of acrylonitrile monomer, ABS copolymer composition on the short-term migration of residual acrylonitrile monomer into pure water was studied, and the long-term migration behavior and diffusion coefficient were also further characterized.

Abstract: In this paper, the conversion of biomass-derived glycolide to ethylene glycol over Cu was investigated. As a result, Cu showed significant catalytic role for the conversion of glycolide into ethylene glycol compared to other catalysts, such as Ni and Mo. A 24.3% yield of ethylene glycol was achieved in the process. The possible formation pathway of ethylene glycol from glycolide over Cu under hydrothermal conditions was proposed.
